Some Meetings of Interest
Raj K. Khanna (1935 - 2008)
Our long-time collaborator, Dr. Raj Khanna, passed away on June 30, 2008. Raj was a student of C. V. Raman, and he worked at the University of Maryland as a chemistry professor for three decades. He was an authority on low-temperature spectroscopy of molecules either known or suspected to exist in the outer solar system. We collaborated with Raj on problems related to the formation and reactions of molecules under extraterrestrial conditions.

Public Outreach
Public outreach and service to the profession are important parts of our group's work. Here are links to a talk recently given by one of our members to a large club of amateur astronomers.
